AUSTRALIA – Admission and visa Process
1st Step
- Get free initial counselling, available options, and tips on choosing a suitable university/institutions
- Submit All certified academic certificates, mark sheets, professional certificates, IELTS/TOFEL/ PTE/ result, CV, SOP, work experience certificates &copies of passport along with the application.
- Evidence of gap after completing education (if required)
- File opening charge Tk 5000 (Non-refundable)
2nd Step
- The prospective institution will /may take 3 to 6 weeks to confirm the admission Need to send /submit the sponsor’s paper, any close relative can be the sponsor (first blood sponsor is preferred)
- Admission Documents (Offer Letter) will be received.
3rd Step
- Students need to submit their sponsor’s paper (Only first blood can sponsor)
- The minimum Funds calculation for showing to universities & DHA (1-year tuition + 1-year living + travel cost + full overseas student health cover)
- Sponsor amount may vary depending on sponsors relation and number of dependents.
- Basic papers needed from the sponsor, e.g.: Bank certificate/statement; TIN Certificate; Salary certificate; Job certificate; Trade license; Property/revenue information and affidavit of financial support etc. (we will guide the students regarding this part as it depends on the sponsor’s nature of income.)
- SOURCES OF FUND: It depends on a case by case- income from Job, Income from Business (Ownership), income from a limited company, Income from House Rent, Income from Abroad, Agriculture Income proof, Land Valuation certificate from an authorized person.

4th Step
- After submitting financial documents to the Universities, we will verify the documents. After getting financial documents University will take GTE interview
- After getting all approvals, Universities provide a final offer letter without conditions and students can pay his/her tuition fees + overseas student health cover (OSHC) through bank transfer: Please be advised that does not pay the fees by cash to any person/organization, except university account (Don’t worry about the fees as its refundable if comes visa rejection, cheek refund policy)
- University issue an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment)
Final Step
- All international students will now apply for a single Student visa (subclass 500), regardless of their chosen course of study
- All international students will be required to apply for their student visa online Processing time 4-12 weeks (sometimes longer than the estimated time frame)
- For students under 18 years evidence of welfare and consent arrangements
- Visa Fees – Base Application charge for main applicant AUD 630 (Can only be paid through a Credit or Debit Card of anyone who has the required limit)
